Every day, we face career decisions—some made with intention, others in response to circumstances. But how often do we root those choices in self-love? In this session, we will explore self-love as an ongoing practice that influences our career decisions, how we care for ourselves, and better advocate for our needs at work. Whether it’s setting boundaries, recognizing our value, or making intentional career moves, self-love can serve as a powerful compass.

Learning Goals

  • Define self-love in a way that connects to both personal and professional lives
  • Identify how self-love (and the absence of it) shows up in career decisions
  • Recognize the internal and external factors that challenge our self-love
  • Explore practical ways to leverage self-love throughout the career decision-making process
